Returns & Replacements

We engineer our tech and travel accessories to the highest standards. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we offer a strict 7-Day Replacement Guarantee.

Eligibility for Replacement:

  • You must initiate the replacement request within 7 days of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories and manuals.

  • You must provide an unboxing video or clear photos demonstrating the defect or damage.

  • The video should be a single unedited clip

How to Initiate a Request: Please email our support team at shop.neocabin@gmail.com with your Order Number and proof of damage. Our team will review your case within 24 hours and arrange a free reverse pickup if approved.

Note: Due to the premium nature of our products, we do not offer returns for "change of mind." Refunds are only issued if a replacement unit is out of stock.
