We engineer our tech and travel accessories to the highest standards. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we offer a strict 7-Day Replacement Guarantee.
Eligibility for Replacement:

You must initiate the replacement request within 7 days of delivery.

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories and manuals.

You must provide an unboxing video or clear photos demonstrating the defect or damage.

How to Initiate a Request: Please email our support team at shop.neocabin@gmail.com with your Order Number and proof of damage. Our team will review your case within 24 hours and arrange a free reverse pickup if approved.
Note: Due to the premium nature of our products, we do not offer returns for "change of mind." Refunds are only issued if a replacement unit is out of stock.
